Beach water theft is a blatant, ongoing problem

EDITOR – In response to Jock’s article related to water theft by bucket holders dated 16 February.

Same problem is found in Winkelspruit where from the beach area, buckets are carried or loaded onto shopping trolleys and pushed to the taxi area for the purpose of washing taxis.

Months ago I had been informed that this gets sold.

So yes, I would presume it is blatant theft and left for taxpayers to foot the bill. As a car guard in the area this has been occurring for more than 4 years.
