WITH increasing costs and the changing political climate, rationalisation within schools is under discussion by the Amanzimtoti Regional Education Forum (AREF).
AREF chairman, Mike Horton, said discussions on rationalisation had taken place.
“If there are rumours of amalgamation between schools, they are mere speculation,” he said. “The rumour stems from discussions we have had on how we can go about making a better school system for our area,” said Mr Horton.
