CLEAN Surf Project calls on the community to lend a hand in a clean-up taking place this Saturday, 13 October.
The event will see the local stretch of beach from the Amanzimtoti lagoon through to Chain Rocks covered.
Active and environmentally-minded community members are urged to donate two hours of their Saturday to giving back to the environment.
If you’re keen to assist in tackling the clean-up, meet at 8am at the Amanzimtoti Canoe Club to collect bags. The clean-up will run until 10am. Attendees are urged to take along their own gloves.
