Join in ringball fun

SOUTH Coast Ringball Club urges families to join in this family-friendly sport for all ages.

Go along to see how the game is played and enjoy the sport with your whole family.

Ringball is a traditional family sport that has been played since 1907. It is a non-contact sport played by both men and women. It is similar to the game of netball.

There are currently seven clubs in the KZN region, where league games are played against each other during the year. This is where the KZN teams of all ages are chosen and can obtain Natal colours. Each year all the provinces compete in the SA Ringball championships where teams representing South Africa are selected.

South Coast Ringball Club caters for development players and the club is in a position to offer new players the necessary assistance to join this fun game.

Go along on practice days, every Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 8pm at Amanzimtoti High School’s netball fields.

Call Erina on 081-025-4773 or Nadine on 061-076-8782 for more details.
