Love Yourself First

Before you worry about your relationship or being single, why not practice some self- love with these three easy steps.

Begin your day with affirmations

Before getting out of bed, simply say to yourself “I love myself and accept who I am”

Hug yourself

Just wrap your arms around your upper body and squeeze tightly.

Practice gratitude

There’s way too many things you could do when it comes to this, the list below is just a start:

  • Write a thank you letter to yourself.
  • Keep a gratitude journal.
  • Freshen up your thank yous to others.
  • Smile in the mirror.
  • No complaining day (one day of the week where you will commit to not complaining or any negative comments.)
  • Share gratitude by posting a tweet or Facebook post.
