Man’s body found next to M37 may be mental patient

The body of unknown man was found next to the M37 in the Kwaremi area on Saturday morning, 18 February.

“The body was discovered in the bush by a pedestrian at about 7am,” said Amanzimtoti SAPS communication officer, Captain Charlene van der Spuy.

“The deceased was about 60 years and dressed in a black pants and a blue overall top.

There were no external injuries visible on the body, therefore the cause of death will only be determined via a post mortem examination.
